Funding Solutions Deutschland (FSD) has assumed the direct pension commitments of the German branch of Rabobank (Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A.). The transaction was executed through the acquisition of an existing pensioner company and represents the twelfth successful buyout transaction for FSD. The transaction volume of pension liabilities assumed by FSD once again exceeds EUR 100 million in 2026, indicating a continuation of the strong growth trajectory of prior years.
FSD was selected through a detailed selection process, steered by professional advisors. The entitlements are comprehensively secured within the established governance framework of our buyout platform and are administered with a clear focus on the interests of beneficiaries. Risk gains and surpluses remain within the trust; withdrawals from trust assets are permitted exclusively for ongoing administrative costs and pension payments.
